English term
vesting period
English to Czech
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Company share plan for employees
Context:
The SPS Conditions do not envisage a vesting period for the SPS Shares, so, in principle, the XXX Shares can be sold freely from the time of transfer. However, the possibility of selling or transferring them may be restricted by legal, administrative or XXX-internal regulations (for example bans on insider trading, blackout periods for trading shares) or by the provisions of the Custodial Agreement. The SPS Participant is responsible for compliance with such regulations.
Není mi jasné, jestli je to nějaká nabývací lhůta,nebo co by to mohlo přesně být.
