English to Japanese Medical Medical (general)

Dear fellow translators: I don't know the difference between "irritation of the eye", "inflammation of the eye" and "irritated eye(s)". For me, they sound more or less the same but they have to be translated differently because they are in the same phrase/sentence. For now, I translated these terms as:

Irritation of the eye: 眼の過敏症状
Inflammation of the eye: 眼の炎症
irritated eyes:　過敏性眼症状(??????)

I think "irritation of the eye" and "inflammation of the eye" are OK but I don't know if my translation of "irritated eyes" is OK or not. It doesn't sound right but don't know how to make it sound right in this context.

ST: Irritation and inflammation of the eye, conjunctiva, or eyelid, such as overstrained eyes, irritated or tearing eyes, gritty feeling in the eyes, light sensitivity.

TT: 眼精疲労、過敏性眼や涙目、眼のゴロゴロ感、光過敏症等の、眼や結膜、眼瞼の過敏症状と炎症
