Dear Erzsébet, thank you for your help. I guess this particular instrument does not have an equivalent in Bulgarian because surgical circumcision is rarely practiced here. Anyway, I found "кожен мост" for "skin bridge" and I will probably translate it as "елеватор на кожен мост".

P.S. I am sure that Ekaterina didn't mean to be offensive, she is actually one of the most helpful and competent colleagues I've had the pleasure to meet online.

and these jobs are very hard they paying to the translators who obviously "fighting" with these texts (see KudoZ-questions about the same file in other languages). I feel just very sorry for all my colleagues in find this method really unprofessional, giving them the "списък с изброени инструменти, за които е приложим определен код на обработка и почистване" and letting them search wherever they can... with no proper support...

@Ekaterina and please understand that the "skin bridge" is a name of a medical condition so the skin bridge elevator is an istrument, designed specifically for this very easygoing procedure how to solve the "sensitive problem". The instrument elevates the skin and protects the penis when the doctor cuts the "skin bridge", that's it.

@Ekaterina I provided my suggestions for help nothing else. I translated some medical texts in the past, written in Bulgarian, handed over me during the night due to lack of a translator. With experience in Russian and translating medical texts, having a strong knowledge of Latin, I did the job and helped the doctors to make a decision. The minimum I ask you just not attack me because I tried to help. This is KudoZ not a battlefield (but I see for some users it is). IMHO, your reply was humiliating and very offensive. I do not know where you see any relevancy to implants.

Yeah, I saw the meaning of skin bridge in google, but I did not find anything about "skin bridge elevator". This is a medical instrument, these are the google results for "skin elevator": https://www.google.bg/search?q="skin elevator"&biw=1536&bih=... It seems a bit improbable to me that this instrument has something to do with circumcision. The funny thing is that this part of the text is of minor importance (the whole text is about a different instrument, this is just a list to a code for cleaning agents suitable for the respective instruments). Anyway, I sent a query to the client, although I am not sure I will get an answer - the job is from an agency, which had the job assigned by a foreign agency and I am not sure of the number of agencies between me and the direct client.
