Law: Contract(s)
duties of the contractor
Hi,
I am not sure how to interpret a clause in a contract for translation services:
Duties of the contractor:
Parts of the assignment may be contracted out to third parties. In the event that the Contractor does contract out activities to a third party, this will be at the risk of the contractor, and not without prior approval of ABC. The contractor is responsible for the quality of the activities contracted out to third parties, as if the activities had been carried out by the Contractor itself.
Does it mean that the contractor needs the prior approval of AbC?
Thanks in advance for your help.
