context "Post" can mean "signature of the item posted" (for mailing) or "signature of a blogger post" (for online blogging). It depends on your context really. With regard to Yingzhi's suggestion as Postscript, I am not sure because PS or Postscript is often located immediately under the Signature of the writer in a letter or mail, but her suggestion of 簽名 or 署名 is correct.
