It is very important to mention 'by husband', because there are four 'forms' of irrevocable divorce (other than 'types'):
(1) request by husband (with Ibraa), (2) request by wife (with Khulu's), (3) order by Judge and (4) request by husband prior to consummation.
Your text case is no.4. As this is prior to consummation of marriage then there is no 'Iddah (بلا عدّة), which means it becomes irrevocable (بائن لا رجعة فيه).
It is possible to remarry only with new contract, new dowry and woman's consent and permission.
