Marriage certificate
This is a marriage certificate from "Comune di Sorrento". The first page lists 3 articles, i.e. No.s 143, 144 and 147.
I provide the relevant one here (term is found at end of paragraphs.)
Art. 144:
I can't get any further than "implement their agreed address", which sounds all wrong to me. I do not understand how this works into the earlier line, which suggests the couple should decide on the addresses together.

to act on the agreed principles
indirizzo means something other than address here I think.
- something like "line of conduct"
it's up to them to put these ideas into action....

Yes, I think indirizzo is meant in this sense in both places. They use "residenza" to specify the location where they will live.

Note from asker:
This is so for both occurrences of "indirizzo"? |

implement/realize the agreed goals
The "indirizzo della vita familiare" does not mean the "indirizzo" as address, it refers instead to the general goals of the family.

Italian term (edited):
attuare l\\\'indirizzo concordato
to follow that agreed direction
Normally I translate indirizzo as policies or guidelines in a corporate documents, but marriage is not a profit making commercial business (or not only).
"... agree together on the direction their family life is to take..."
"each spouse has the power to take steps to follow that agreed direction"
or just "that direction"
