German to English Medical Medical (general) Orthopedics

From German medical report, orthppedics, patient has joint pains all over body:

"li. Knie frei bewegl., re. Daumen DS,
SNM li.>re. verspannt, li.Schulter endgr. Spannung b. Abd., re. Schulter frei bewegl., DLÜ bds. Spannung..."

This question only refers to "SNM". What does it stand for and what is the English translation?
