Camille, Je dirais « …se limite exclusivement au remboursement de charges facturées en vertu du présent contrat. » ou, d’un point de vue plus comptable, « …se limite exclusivement à la compensation de charges facturées en vertu du présent contrat. »

this being a pretty standard limitation of liability ("we won't give you back in damages more than what you have paid"), have you looked in few Terms and Conditions in French, from French sellers? There are tons of it all over the Web ...

disagree Daryo : if you check the real-life usage of "crédit affecté aux frais" it's ONLY used for "crédits" budgétaires // not the case here - it's a commercial contract, not spending from the budget.
