The base room temperature is supplied via the floor heating and the peak load is covered by the resp
I asked a mechanical engineer what this could mean and he explained that the floor heating (with lower supply temperature) supplies the base temperature for the room and the ventilation system (with higher supply temperature) covers the peak load. According to him the section about the "Raumtemperatur" being "abgeführt" is "Schwachsinn"
