Clean and sterilize your fermentation vessel and mixing paddle using a good quality detergent and sterilizer.
Remove all contents from the dry compartment and stand the pouch in warm water for 15 minutes until liquid malt extract is softened and pourable.
Pour the malt extract into your fermenter and rinse/squeeze out any remains.
