CONSTRUCTION OF TAPPING TOOL
The tapping tool III is installed in the turret of the CNC turret punch press to form threads in holes.
It is compact, independent, and precision mechanisms.
NOTE: When a tapping tool III set is purchased, it contains one **tap cartridge** (with adjusting jig), ten taps (for standard taps or taps for parts to be plated after tapping), and one tapping die per punch holder.

**Tap cartridge** and tap
The **tap cartridges** and taps are prepared in the thread sizes of M2.5 (M2.6), M3, M4, M5, and M6.
The taps are available in three types: standard tap, tap for parts to be plated after tapping, and tap for stainless steel (SUS).

NOTE
- One **tap cartridge** is required for each tap thread size. (One **tap cartridge** can be used for both M2.5 and M2.6.)
- When a tapping tool set is purchased, it contains 10 taps of the same size for the **tap cartridge.**
- The tapping tool set has standard taps or taps for parts to be plated after tapping.
If taps for SUS are required, purchase them as well.
