Just an idea
I would use something like - für den Besitzer persönlich angefertigt.
Bespoke is an old-fashioned word - still used today - to indicate that something is tailor-made for the owner, like a suit or shoes etc. Custom-made items.
This is just an idea that may help a little.

: Ok, wenn der Satz ("adopt"?) das wirklich meint. Aber dann nicht "für den Besitzer/Eigentümer", sondern "für den Käüfer".

Discussion
Have a nice, sunny weekend
Katja, I think it's the other way around. The company wants to write his own articles and not adopt so-called "model articles" - that would be the "vorgefertigt" ones.
I think this time the dictionaries usually avoided by me are on to something. It's the difference between:
model articles = Mustersatzung
and
bespoke articles = individuelle Satzung
After all, it's an association or is it not?
http://www.vereinsrecht.de/mustersatzung-fer-vereine.php
Does that help for context:
"Articles of association and memorandum of association
The company must have articles of association. The articles are the document which governs the company's internal workings and will set out a range of procedures to deal with various matters"
"Form IN01 allows a new company to indicate whether it is adopting Model Articles in their entirety or with amendment or whether it is adopting entirely bespoke articles."

Articles means articles of the agreement. Not products (just so no-one gets the wrong idea here).
