I think in hebrew it should have been בלי ממצאים על פני המסתם. So: "over" or "over the surface" depending how you reconstruct the sentence.
Example sentence:

No findings over the aortic valve.

Note from asker:
I am not sure, because the next sentences has exactly same wording about tricuspid valve. would doctor really make same mistake twice?
