marbling
Colors
Looking at real marble reveals several colors entwined within the veins of the stone. For faux marble painting, you’ll need a primary veining color and up to three additional values of that color. Some DIY stores sell*** marbling kits*** complete with paint and glaze, making the mixing of colors easier. When that isn’t an option, purchase glaze separately. You’ll also need primer and an eggshell pigment as your primary base color.
