Ante as disposições relativas à reversão de bens necessários à garantia da continuidade e atualidade dos serviços, é criada a relação inicial dos bens aludidos, suscetíveis de reversão, consoante inventário constante do ANEXO II, que assinado pelas partes passa a integrar este instrumento, para os devidos fins.

Pensei em usar inventory, como definição " A detailed, itemized list, report, or record of things in one's possession, especially a periodic survey of all goods and materials in stock.", mas por outro lado penso que pode se tratar do inventário de uma pessoa que morreu, então não sei como traduzir inventário neste contexto para o inglês, o que encontrei mais próximo em um glossário foi probate.

...inventário constante do ANEXO II This means "the inventory contained in ATTACHMENT II". It is, of course, a list of items, a document, attached to the records. I believe the translation shoud be something that can be used to name the relevant document, therefore.

consoante surely, means according to or as per... (Collins PO/EN/PO dictionary), so must be referring to some kind of doc.

The assets cannot be attached, but they can be listed. Does 'consoante' have to mean attached, rather than listed? This is not a 'rhetorical question', I'd like your opinions on this.

Document, not assets Please note the inventory here has been attached to the court records. You cannot attach assets to the records. The term refers to the document that lists the assets, not to the assets.

context Is this a Last Will and Testament (benefício de inventário), a contract for the supply of goods or services (à garantia da continuidade e atualidade dos serviços) or sthg else? The translation could go different ways, depending.

If you are talking about the assets that belonged to someone who has died, it is called the 'estate'

Sim, eu sei. Tanto que eu coloquei o "proceeding" entre parênteses. "Inventário" pode ser tanto a relação quanto o processo. Neste caso, não estava claro.
