Sicher bin ich mir allerdings nicht....
In diesem Kontext sagt man allerdings eher "Vorgabe" oder, wenn es euphemistisch sein soll, "Planziel". Der Bewerber sitzt also mit am Tisch, wenn festgelegt wird, wie viel Umsatz die Verkäufer machen müssen und wie viel Geld die Reklamemacher ausgeben dürfen.
In der DDR hieß es "Soll". :-)
