The same confidentiality and ***data authorization*** information included in the main consent form also apply to any continued follow up activities that you consent to.

Sauf que le document principal parle de "droit d'accès" et d' autorisation de divulgation des données... je pense qu'il s'agit de l'un de ces deux termes, puisque nous ne sommes pas dans des procédures d'authentification ou autres!

Authorization in triple A (AAA)
Triple A protocols are common in the Internet architecture, most famous ones are Radius and Tacacs:

- authentication is "prove who you are": "identification" in French
- authorization is "what your rights are": read, write, both, allowed for 10 min or indefinitely, suscribed to VOD or to streaming services, etc.

- accounting is "how much you owe": you viewed x films this week, consumed y mins of long-distance calls, etc.
So "authorization" in this context may be more granular that "access or not", so I suggest "droits d'accès" in plural which may allow to see part of them
