calcolare pigioni adeguate al mercato, redigere contratti di locazione e risolvere rapporti di locazione, risp. vigilare su queste operazioni
eseguire una semplice stima immobiliare e saper valutare un’analisi esistente
fornire consulenza adeguata ai clienti su questioni giuridiche e finanziarie, relative al loro portafoglio immobiliare.

Mandatory trusts are a feature of the construction industry in comparative
jurisdictions.

What is a trust?
10.6 A trust is a structure that separates legal ownership from beneficial ownership. It is a relationship whereby one party holds title to property subject to an obligation to keep or use the property for the benefit of another party. The person who holds the property for another's benefit is called a trustee. The person who is benefited by the trust is called the beneficiary. The property that comprises the trust is the trust property.

The trustee of a trust holds a fiduciary position and must protect the interest of
the beneficiaries of the trust. A trustee must not put themselves in a position in which their duty conflicts, or has the capacity to conflict, with these interests unless the beneficiaries agree to the conflict. The use of trust funds is controlled either by legislation or membership rules of professional associations.
