Italian term or phrase: fatta con tutti i distinguo del caso
From a text on credit rating models

In sintesi, l’applicazione del modello di rating, ***fatta con tutti i distinguo del caso*** e con gli approcci prudenziali che sono dettati anche dalla normativa, consente di arrivare a benefici sia gestionali che regolamentari piuttosto significativi.

English translation:with all the appropriate distinctions
Explanation:
I'm not clear what these distinctions are, but this is presumably apparent from the previous text. Distinguo is the same in the singular and plural.

with all the necessary distinctions of the case in question

Explanation:
Looks much more like finance than commerce. I would seem (I'm guessing) that they are applying a credit rating method (AIRB? Advanced Internal Rating Based Approach - approci- or just IRB or AMA) to their company where their company is the "case in question" and the approci prudenziali is a reference to the supervisory authority, either EBA or Banca d'Italia or maybe it is an insurance authority.
