I wonder whether or not the term \"carve-out\", in this context, means \"to reorganize equity in a subsidiary company\"?

philgoddard Aug 23, 2016: Maybe it does mean a divestment, though I don't see how a financial carve-out is different from any other kind of carve-out, and the meaning of "for regional integration" is not clear.
