Probably I should have made this a discussion entry rather than an answer, since my point was that without context, the Asker should not expect good answers. I am surprised that after repeated requests for context from many who were trying to help, Asker has not complied.

Then there's Artguide.com, which calls it "In My Case It's in No Case."
To make each half more idiomatic in English, it could be "In My Case - No Way," but maybe the artist insisted on a translation that would repeat the same word in each half.
