"8.5. Defective products

The Partner and Consignee acknowledges that drops and product quality issues are in the nature of the business and undertakes to accept a level of minor defects in 1% (yearly invoices) of each option (style/colour).

Any claim concerning major defective styles shall be notified by the Partner or Consignee by mail (pictures or samples) according to Appendix nº5, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the style, unless the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection, in this case it shall be notified within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the style. The compensatory actions will be analysed on a case-by-case basis and specific discounts, credit notes, later reductions on new styles, etc. may be considered according to the quantity and seriousness of the defects. "
