Same context as in previous question. My problem is OT and what it is. This falls under the list of tasks the person engaged will be responsible for: gestire le restituzioni e il trasporto dei pezzi di ricambio; registrare e fatturare i 'rottami'; gestire la sostituzione e la raccolta di apparecchiature; supporto amministrativo nel dipartimento di post-vendita; pianificare OT e chiudere gli interventi tecnici; pianificare corsi di formazione rete assistenza tecnica. I'm not sure if OT is some kind of software or not. Thank you.

Si ma nella frase continua con "...e chiudere interventi tecnici" che fa pensare che se serve bisogna programmare dei straordinari se necessario, per chiudere secondo un schedule. L'unica altra cosa che mi viene in mente e' Occupational Therapy" ma non s
