En libre distribución

Non-PRO Spanish to English Other Tourism & Travel Hotel
In a hotel description:

"En libre distribución MP, 1 gratuidad cada 25 pax"

Can't work out what "En libre distribution" refers to - from what I can tell it's about the hotel rooms, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your help! Seems to be a tricky one to phrase in English...I think it makes sense that it would refer to the room allocation though.

Thanks for explaining this, Benigno. I think this may be a rare example of Spanish being more concise than English - I'm trying to think how we would say this.
I'm guessing they're talking about group rates.

Creo que se refiere a que el hotel determina que tipo de habitaciones asigna cuando se trata de grupos, para distribuir a los huespedes en las habitaciones.

El Hotel se reserva la libre distribucion. (Habitaciones dobles, triples y/o cuadruples)

Espero que te ayude.

Perhaps MP = Media pensión

I think it means half-board and guests can choose whether they want lunch or dinner

Proposed translations

57 mins

free arrangement

The whole chunk: "Free arrangement, half pension, one free per 25 pax"

Those are room devised to be occupied by an indeterminate number of people. Depending on their numbers, guests can arrange the room diferently

neutral philgoddard : I don't think people will understand this.

unoccupied (room) allocation

If it is related to hotel rooms, maybe this will help.
