Can someone help me with this please....
Hope I am not being too stupid but I assume that it does not have anything to do with insurance cover
Pro IR formy pro léčbu akutní bolesti je dostupný XXXX v dávkách 50 a 75 mg, tato nová forma je vhodná k léčbě akutní bolesti, průlomové bolesti a je využitelná při titraci základní analgetické dávky XXXXu.
***Zvýšenou úhradu je možné realizovat*** za následujících podmínek: XXXX se podává v indikaci léčby silné chronické nenádorové bolesti u pacientů, u kterých byla přerušena léčba silnými opioidy (oxycodon, fentanyl, buprenorfin, hydromorfon), a to z důvodu nežádoucích účinků řádně zaznamenaných v klinické dokumentaci a spojených prokazatelně s touto léčbou.

I think it does not refer to costs here but to the (increased) level of reimbursement (amount covered) by insurance company if specific criteria are met...

SUKL uses this way of translating it in their annual report.

The higher costs for this medication

It does have to do with insurance - this new drug is more expensive than the standard one which is covered under the standard of care.
