Eigentlich habe ich diesen Begriff erst vor ein paar Tagen gefragt, aber ich bin mir einfach sehr unsicher in Bezug darauf, insbesondere wie ich es dann konkret im Satz einbaue. (Frage, siehe hier: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_german/law_contracts/62...
Ich frage mich, ob der "Heimfall" nur bei einem Eigentümer (wie an den Verpächter) oder an auch an einen vorherigen Rechteinhaber funktioniert (wie in diesem Vertrag an den vorherigen Pächter). Man findet unterschiedliche Definitionen dazu im Netz.
Kann hier eine Anwartschaft auf den alten Vertrag bzw. nur "Rückübertragung" gemeint sein?
If a person who is the Landlord of this lease assigns the ***reversionary interest*** in the Premises, either by transfer, by the grant of a term of years ***in reversion to this lease*** or by operation of law (and notwithstanding that the assignment operates in equity only pending registration at the Land Registry), that person:
If, during the Term, the Landlord ***grants a tenancy of the reversion*** immediately expectant on the determination of this lease, whether pursuant to section 19 Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 or otherwise, any obligation of the Tenant to obtain the consent of the Landlord under this lease to any dealing shall be deemed to include a further obligation also to obtain the consent of the lessor under such tenancy to such a dealing.
