BEATING
PURPOSE OF THE BEATER
Beater A1 is used for beating cheesecake dough, liquid dough such as for example dough for pancakes, muffins, etc., or for beating cookie dough, and other light doughs, for making sauces, creams, fillings, etc. It is equipped with a spatula that wipes the sides of the bowl to ensure that all the ingredients are mixed together perfectly.
Some recipes may include butter or cream cheese.
Before mixing in, allow these ingredients to soften at room temperature.
Do not use the beater A1 for kneading heavy doughs, thick doughs or for whipping egg whites.
