moreish/delectable

I had thought of "picking at" when I first saw your question as it seemed spiluccante was describing the action of the grape eater but now you have provided the context it seems that spiluccante is used as an adjective and therefore describes the grapes themselves.

To me the Italian from "spiluccare" suggests the grapes are appetising, moreish, to be eaten individually, picked at- one after the other, hence my suggestion.
