Request for International Assistance
Hi,
I'm translating a request for international assistance for a criminal case. The sentence provided below is the first in a series of requests directed towards the authorities in question:
Are they simply saying here that the information be submitted to record asap? It's the last part of the sentence I'm partcularly having issues with.
Thanks for all your help in advance!

Discussion
I would probably use 'positive acts', though it would depend on the rest of the text.
Omission, or failure, to act generally carries no liabilities. That means a person can only be criminally liable where they have performed a positive act.

"That all this information be urgently submitted to the corresponding file and that the resulting OBJECTIVE ELEMENTS be addressed".
