Unusual wording – possibly refers to the fact that with autologous SCT, the patient is donor and recipient of the stem cell transplant. In other words, these patients did not mobilize enough stem cells for harvest in their "donor phase", hence did not receive enough stem cells in their "recipient phase" and relapsed early.
Aunty G seems to know just one single reference for "Spendermobilisierung" in that sense:
