The classic word for restriction is قيد.
The meaning here is stronger than just التزام because it clearly says that they are meant to ensure stability, therefore the idea is "here are these restrictions written within this contract, just so you can be held liable if you do smth foolish".

The translation strategy in legal texts has to follow, where possible, a literal translation approach in order to avoid any ambiguity in a legal text. Using (قد) implies a degree of probability which could change the meaning of the context. One of the functions of the modal verb (would) is to suggest an action, which is different than modal verbs of probability, such as (may, might, could).
