In the event a proceeding seeking involuntary reorganization is filed against one of the parties to this Agreement, which is not dismissed within one month after filing, or if any trustee, receiver or liquidator of a party or any substantial part of a party's business assets, or properties is appointed without the party's consent and such appointment is not vacated within one month after such appointment, then in such event, the other party shall have the right to terminate without notice.
