Прошу помощи в переводе следующего выражения: Consent and release (Согласие и разрешение?) в контексте согласия на обработку определенной информации.

Пример:

For consideration that I acknowledge, I have provided to ХХХ certain information and materials (“Content”) as described in the Attachment to this Consent and Release.
ХХХХ shall be the sole owner of any and all materials (and all rights therein, including the copyright to the extent permitted by applicable law) produced pursuant to this release (“Released Materials”).
