German to English Medical Medical (general) Osteopathy abbreviation

In a German patient's medical database file, this abbreviation is used in the following context:

"Nach Aufklärung Durchführung von osteopathischer Technik mit CnSTn für C3/4 rechts, Verbesserung des Beweglichkeitsspiels."

This is probably not a standard German medical abbreviation; I couldn't find using Google. But I hope someone familiar with the field can help, at least with a guess on what "CnSTn" may mean in the field of osteopathy.
