Slovak term

orná pôda 3 m2 v 1/61-ine

Slovak to English Law/Patents Law (general)
In an inventory of assets and liabilities (in an inheritance), what exactly does this mean?

parc. č. 181/33 *orná pôda 3 m2 v 1/61-ine*

Discussion

Martin Janda Aug 29, 2017:
I would think so ...though this one is more dubious
Dylan Edwards (asker) Aug 29, 2017:
Another example is "dom postavený na parc. č. 261/1 č.s. 1338 v 1/224-ine".

In the light of Martin's answer, I take it that this means that the house occupies one 224th of the plot area.

1/61 share from 3 m2 of arable land

In Slovakia, through the sequence of inheritance the plots are gradually more and more divided to the offspring of each next generation.
Therefore, I believe this particular owner only owns a very small share (1/61) of this very small plot measuring 3m2.
The rest of it is owned by a large number of similar small owners.
