İzafeten Aleyhine Tespit İstenen Taraflar

Turkish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesine açılan davada iki firma adına izafeten dava açılmış. İzafeten Aleyhine Tespit İstenen Taraflar deniyor. Firma isimleri yazıyor yanda. Ne diyebiliriz bu ifade için acaba?

The parties against which declaration is sought on behalf of the principal

The suggested phrase is far from elegant, but I don't think there is a shorter way of conveying this meaning in English.
In legal language, 'izafeten' is used to refer to the situation where an agent sues or is sued on behalf of the principal pursuant to Article 105 of the Turkish Commercial Code (see reference below).

"The parties being sued on behalf of the principal against which declaration is sought" may be clearer.
Peer comment(s):

agree Nurettin Turan : I am not sure whether the phrase "on behalf of the principal" meets the meaning of "izafeten" as it refers to "attribution" or "imputation". However, in legal context it is true that parties can be sued on behalf of the principal. Therefore, I agree.
