akan menimbulkan pertanyaan: dibebaskan oleh siapa dan dalam kedudukan apa? Jika pada konteks hukum Indonesia pelaku akan dianggap tersirat (=ya oleh si penjuallah yaw), belum tentu main sirat-menyirat begini diterima di yurisdiksi lain.

Kalau diterjemahkan mengikuti kebiasaan hukum di sana:

⚽ The Seller hereby releases the Buyer from any future claims whatsoever relating to...

akan membuat penerjemah dianggap mengada-ada, menambah-nambah seenaknya.
