As lamella resistors comes up with no hits, could you either use lamella or lamella filters?

resistive elements in the form of lamellae

I don't want to say resistors because that sounds too electrical so I think resistive elements is a good option. As these elements are apparently formed like lamellae to provide some resistance, I would suggest in the form of or shaped like lamellae.
