I agree with Helen that 'aspirational' isn't something you would normally associate with whims of the moment. Perhaps 'DESIROUS ENERGY would be a better fit?
"If all desire were neutralized, there would be little motivation to stay in your body, unless it were to help other people realize the value of working with magnetic energy in this way. It is desire that keeps us striving, moving, and seeking more, and most people will not likely neutralize all desirous energy, but perhaps working with a particular magnet you find stressful, limiting, overly-consuming or incredibly elusive will either a.) open you up to finally bringing that thing into your life (just don't expect it to look the way you thought it would, or b.) create heat around the magnetic energy and as such, cause it to lose charge and importance in your life." http://www.insightfulinnovations.com/zykrblog/magnetic-desir...

Okay for a start. But 'desirous' is better. Leaving it out would be a cop-out, imo.

: No, this is about wishing to fill a room with pink (love) energy, for instance. The point being that if one intends it, it will be so.Aspirational is about wishing to improve a lifestyle or a career, and such like./Better to unpack the sentence, imo.

I agree with that assessment. 'Desirous energy' would be a better idea, I think.

Comment: "Thanks for your input, Michael. I'm not quite finished the document yet, but "energy of desire" might well be appropriate.."

volitional energy
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volition_(psychology)
Volition or will is the cognitive process by which an individual decides on and commits to a particular course of action. It is defined as purposive striving and is one of the primary human psychological functions. Others include affect (feeling or emotion), motivation (goals and expectations), and cognition (thinking). Volitional ...

Perhaps the fact that energy transfers at all will someday be cited as proof that energy can be created. Maybe there is a second energy that is not velocity, but volition… i.e. the ability to have a certain interaction at all —an analog value independent of location, energy level, timeframe, etc.

I firmly believe that everything we do involves energy of various types and in this case it's the energy of the will

striving/wishing/desiring to manifest (itself)
Coming from another direction:
The energy we send out with our thoughts is energy striving to manifest (itself).
The energy we send out with our thoughts is energy that will manifest itself.
The energy we send out with our thoughts is energy striving to manifest (itself).
The energy we send out with our thoughts is energy that will manifest itself.

intentional energy
...intending to manifest itself, may be another option in this array :-)
Discussion
I would either leave the word in German 'Wunschenergie', as the explanation is contained in the next part of the sentence, or I would leave the word out, as in English a direct translation does not reflect the meaning and can be confused with other things, however, this is the case in German as well. So if you want to go with 'wish energy' or ...... and the explanation....
You're really lucky to be translating this type of document and I really mean that!
@ Anne
'Wishful energy' isn't too far-fetched as it is the energy itself, which is wishing to be manifested, rather than a person sending out a conscious wish.
https://books.google.at/books?id=-pxYDQAAQBAJ&pg=PT135&lpg=P...
AND in the book "The DNA Field and the Law of Resonance: Creating Reality through Conscious" by Pierre Franckh (although admittedly a translation) it is called WISHING ENERGY...
'Wir senden und empfangen durch unsere Gedanken Energie. Wunsch-Energie die sich materialisieren möchte. Die Frage ist also, was denkst du ununterbrochen, was denkst du von dir selbst?'
I don't think 'Wunsch-energie/Wunschenenergie' is necessarily the wishes we are conscious of. It is more the energy that is formed by our thoughts - good + bad, which in turn has the power to bring into manifestation that which we want and that which we don't want at a conscious level.
'Energy with the power to manifest our thought vibrations.'
