does

English to French Law/Patents Law (general)
Any the undersigned does remise, release and forever discharge the Employer, its successors and assigns of and from all manner of actions suits, either in law or in equity, which against the Employer the undersigned ever had, now has or which the undersigned shall have...

I am not sure about the breakdown of this sentence. And therefore, I am lost with the translation of "does"
Can anyone help?

@ Corinne This seems to be flawed EN, but in any case, I don't think it is the 'forme d'insistance', but simply an archaic way of expressing it, in order to avoid a long list of conjugated verbs; but I don't think this is still in current usage, even in legal jagon.
It has an almost biblical ring to it: "And he did go forth..." instead of "And he went forth..."

Anomalie Le début de phrase (Any the undersigned) n'a pas de sens pour moi, je pense qu'il y a une petite anomalie. "Each of the" serait plus logique ici.
Par contre le "does" correspond a priori à la forme d'insistance DO + infinitif.
