Albanian term
strukturat pergjegjese

Medical: Health Care
This phrase is being used in the context of a private hospital. I seems to mean the management or the administrative staff who make the bookings (as opposed to the medical staff) but is there a better translation in English than "the responsible structures"? That doesn't sound right in English.
It's part of a legal document, hence the flowery language.

relevant bodies
This is another way you can translate that term which is rather broad and can entail many forms of bodies e.g. departments, units, ministries of line, etc.
