Na cadeia de abastecimento, entendo que "one up" é o primeiro cliente a quem é vendido o produto, "one back" o último fornecedor, por exemplo, de um produto que pode incluir ingredientes de outro fornecedor, e nesse caso, a investigação terá de ser "two-back", ou seja, investigar os dois últimos, ou o último e penúltimo fornecedores na cadeia de abastecimento.
