Discussion
My guess is that this might be a message that shows up when there is an attempt to update the in-printer agent and it is current (up-to-date). By a in-printer agent I understand a piece of software used by a printer/device that sends stuff to printing.
Probably the context I had outlined in the question (documentation of a printer) was not accurate, sorry.
