HR evaluation
I'm translating an HR evaluation statement for an employee in Brazil (haven't been given any info on the company or her job role). It's basically saying how much the employee in question has improved in terms of her general attitude and managerial skills.
I'm unsure of the meaning of "de cobrança" in the following sentence, since I've never heard the expression before and haven't managed to find out exactly what it means by searching for it:
Any help much appreciated! TIA

demanding; pushy
Mostly likely "demanding". I understand "cobrança" to be a demand, something that one wants fulfilled. In this case, it looks like the employee had a demanding attitude in the past. She didn't expect, she demanded.

Example sentence:
Elza functions best in big cities, first in Rio and lately in Sao Paulo, largely because she is a demanding employee who requires a certain sophistication and total honesty from her employers.

domineering
Cobrança is the idea of someone very strict and demanding, always wanting to control over someone. I think domineering is what you're looking for
