Thanks! That reminds of the time when I emailed Walmart, asking about their giftcards. What I got back was a paragraph copied and pasted from the company's website--the exact same one I had read a few minutes before writing the email.

: I prefer general statement. Pretty sure Direktantwort here refers to replying as a comment to the tweeter, so this is the visible alternative.
