English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Law

Promptly after termination of this Agreement or, in any case, upon written request of the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall return to the Disclosing Party, or after approval by the Disclosing Party destroy or erase, all originals, copies, translations or reproductions, in full or in part, of the Confidential Information in its possession, and shall ensure the same, if applicable, of its employees, directors, advisors, consultants, sub-contractors and associated companies.
