here is a simple way to put it into Latin.
Somnia: Dreams (subject)
in res transeunt: come true
(literally: go over to reality)
Transeo (to go over) is used also as "to become/turn into something) with the accusative syntagm "in + accusative noun".
"Transit in saxum": it turns to stone
