This is a sentence in an Entsendungsvertrag:
Die Bestellung von Herrn XXX zum Mitglied der Geschäftsführung kann
jederzeit widerrufen werden und Herr XXX kann von seiner Verpflichtung zur Dienstleistung unter Fortzahlung der Bezüge gemäß § 3 Abs. (1) und Abs. (2) freigestellt werden.
So far I have
Mr XXX’s appointment as member of the management board can be revoked at any time and Mr XXX can be released from his obligation to provide work under continued payment according to Section 3(1) and (2).
Any help appreciated, as always.
