Hallo,
ich arbeite gerade an der Übersetzung eines Fondsprospekts für meine Hausarbeit im Rahmen meines Studiums. Ich bin mir bei diesem Begriff nicht sicher.
"Nettobasis" finde ich hier unpassend.
Es wäre schön, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte.

Der Begriff Nettobasis ist im Deutschen durchaus geläufig. Habe nur eine rasche Recherche gemacht auf Google und da findet man den Begriff auch im Kontext mit Fonds.

Ich werde dann in ungefähr drei Wochen erfahren, ob das richtig ist.

Außerdem hört sich "auf Nettobasis" zwar vielleicht nicht so superstark an, aber klingt original wie Finanzsprache. Man vergleiche eine unrecherchierte Ü-Idee (und eben noch nicht: Ü-Hypothese) wie "saldiert", die klingt im Kontext gar nicht wie Finanzjargon. Oder "genettet" (ohauerha), auch wenn das schon etwas finanzmäßiger rüberkommt und besser derivatebezogen googlet https://finanzderivate.info/risikomanagement/risikomanagemen... ... Wirklich funktionieren tun Übersetzungen bekanntlich immer erst, wenn sie inhaltlich-sprachlich fest wie eine Holzverbindung vom Schreiner in den Kontext passen. Und nur "netto"? Nee.
